Yea Sins can drop Wamos easy if the right skills are used. In my instance, I only go Black Spider -> Twisting Fangs -> Moebius Strike and unless Moebius recharges I reapply Siphon after then run and let Poison and Bleeding do the rest.

I like sins in ABs because I play a BSurge ele . I love to type /dance as they impotently try to hit me with their tiny little daggers and then slink off to lick their wounds.

>_>

The smart ones have Mending Touch, but eh, if they're MTing themselves to get rid off the blind, they're not attacking me, so either way, they can't get me.

QFT, I play air ele in AB too, let those annoying sins come, tab-blind/enervating-tab-blind/enervating-tab-blind/enervating shit noone sees anything anymore. Sins are great in AB though, especially since many groups don't bring monks. It's really shadowstep->kill random squishy->shadowstep->kill random squishy rinse repeat... A team with much assassins is more likely to win the match since they always punish players that don't stay with their group, that adds up to the score real well.

Crip shot in AB ftw.

W/Mo: I could kill you if you didn't run.

Me: That doesn't give me much incentive to stand still now does it?

Lol i love the people that say stuff like "omg u ran away". "If you didnt have a monk next you i would have killed you." "that skill [whatever is better than mending here] is overpowered."

The best one had to be a r/mes with conjure and apply posion with his uber degn coming out with, "If you didnt walk behind a piller and spam healing sig I would have killed you"

OMG N00B MONK STOP RUNNING is an absolute classic. Some other time I saw 2 people fighting so I jumped in and killed the luxon guy. Then he started cursing: ZOMG we were doing 1vs1 noob, u ruined our duel!

There is one fun side to 1vs1 fights though, sometimes it happens accidentaly when I'm fighting someone with no other people around. It's really satisfying to beat someone with a difference of 20 health after a nice struggle and it's mostly good for a laugh on both sides.

the ignorance in AB is always a source of entertainment for me... I never type to my opponent... only teammates...

and 1v1 vs a sin can be done..... I do it all the time with my necro bomber.... once killed two sins solo

Just the other night I was being cursed at by an assassin for running away. I'm a monk btw, and was set on my Riposte/Sheild Bash setup. He was a Shadow Prison, Frenzysin with NO self heal, and a 6 attack chain.

Needless to say, Riposted his first attack, Sheild bashed another...and he slowly died from the bleeding.

Called me a noob, and left. Go fig.

Yea I find if ANYONE uses stfu or noob in any sentence or combo they are too full of themselves to realize someone found a way around their invincible builds.

Hehehe, there's nothing more fulfilling than killing someone with Riposte as a monk. One of my favorites is finishing off a frenzy wammo with a riposte and dealing by dealing a 100+ damage riposte, lol. I used to enjoy going /A for the ability to hop around the map, but /W with Riposte and Shield Bash is fun for being able to put a metaphorical stick in the spokes of people's melee builds (especially gank sins).

I have to admit, from the little PvP I have done in the past Assassins are actually...not too bad. As for PvE...I try never to take a random one on my team...

As for Wammos, don't be sorry to stereotype them...I can't possibly count the number of times I've slammed my fists down on my chair arms and shouted "YOU STUPID ******* WAMMO" at the computer screen. It's always the wammo's fault. It's the way the world works. Thank the Lord for Padded Chair-Arms.

I started picking up my Ranger for AB and it's been an even funnier case in terms of Wamo ignorance. They see a squishy guy with a bow and try to 100 Blade me until I throw dirt, then they FLAIL AWAY WITH SKILLS because their only form of healing is Vigorus Spirit and an interrupted&Locked healing signet. Then when they thank the lord Blind is gone I throw up WD and watch them flail away again thinking they are hardcore enough to override my stance without Wild Blow.

Then again, I never get to use WD much. Burning Arrow normally takes care of them. And if a necro comes by it becomes much easier.

i cant forget the time i conjure phantasm, images, clumsiness, and ineptitude a wamo (he was in frenzy the whole time).

wamo: WTF just happened?
me: oh, nothing. maybe a virus in your computer?

or distracting shot-ing a sin's first attack.

It is a common misconception that melee beats all and that armor will protect them [wammos] from alot of different attack types.

I ran into this problem the other day in RA, i was running my smite build and i ran across a wammo who kept spamming his bambi and proclaiming his leetness.

He came right at me, as most monks are the primary target, and got owned in a pretty quick manner with the hex pressure and smite damage that he had laid down on him.

So it was the typical OMG you guys are noobs, monk i could own you 1vs1.

Next match, there he was, and he was yelling "Noob monk!" So i said, "i'll bite, my guys wont attack you, come get ownt"

In the first 10 seconds, i had him down to under 30% health, and knocked him down trying to heal sig

15 seconds later, it was GG for him

This is what i was running incase you smiters wanna get some payback on premadonna wammos:

Code:
Mo/Me

note: your signets are almost on a 10 sec recharge interval

smiting=12+1+3 inspiration=12

[Signet of Judgment][Stonesoul Strike][Bane Signet][Holy Strike]
[Ether Feast][Reversal of Damage][Mantra of Inscriptions][Resurrection Signet]

HAha @^$% I hate Smitebots. But still, great job on a Wamo ownage.

I haven't seen any 1v1 challenges though in the past week. Have the Wamos all over the game read this thread???

They must have - dont get me wrong, a wammo has its place in certain areas of the game, but to act like that in pvp ehehe, not gonna be good for them

I prefer degen/distract ranger with TD/WD over the smiter any day, but thats what i was running at the time eheh.

siphon speed in AB is the best...siphon as a snare to either kill or run away from..its great.

i like running ineptitude builds in AB. i love it because once the idiot is blinded, they continue to attack until they die then come back at you again only to have the same results....then they do it again, and again, and again and dont get the point.

i was running an illusionary weaponry build and i killed a warrior and he then said "hey lets 1vs1, but you cant use IW". i love idiots =)
